So the Coalition of Nigerian Djs decided to put together 24 bangers on one tape. Shout out to all the Djs; DeeMoney, Mighty Mike, DonX, 3k, Jimmy Jatts, Neptune just to name a few... You guys are really appreciated for the work you put in.

With all due respect, I think these guys have lost the plot (or maybe its just me). Is it suppose 2 be a mixtape of naija's biggest songs in the last year? or is it simply a compilation of "their" favorite new songs from mostly new artists? At dis moment, none of these songs can lay claim to being "a hit" and only a handful (Wande, Timaya, eLDee and a couple others) can seriously be projected as hits. I mean... do u seriously think Sheyman's "Hotter than fire" or Nyja's "Tew Gbaski" would ignite a matchstick?? Hell 2 da naw!!!
No MI, Durella, DJ Zeez (Bobbie FC and Fokasibe dey scatter gigs), Sound Sultan, Isolate, Justine (tho its a bit old).... oh well, what do I know?? Try listening 2 Cool FM online, and u'll see what I mean.
Shout out 2 D-kudi (Dee Money). D guy too gbaski.

@Ovie, I don't think this is a compilation of the best songs of 2008... I think it is more like a compilation of bangers that leaked in December or the last quarter of the year...

First I think the naija djs are cool. I think it was an heavy concept to get you guys together. And to be real you do have a lot of responsible because people believe what you project, hence what you project is ...
Last quarter... definately had Durella and MI in it, even Mode 9 dropping very good albums. Supported by thight singles in Enu o se and Safe!
But all in all, I love you guys for what you are doing and I pray for better in 2009.
